Scale Artists Announced

When I started shooting Scale in 2014, the intent was always to have an exhibition, along with an accompanying book. As momentum built,  I never thought too much about the exhibition, I was always focused on getting the next guitar photographed. That’s how Scale was created, one guitar at a time.

It wasn’t until mid 2020 when I had no idea whether I would even get to shoot another guitar that it dawned on me just how many guitars I had shot and the space needed to exhibit them…

I’ve shot so many amazing artists and guitars creating Scale and one day the dream would be to exhibit them all, but for now, we have curated 100 for Scale London, a selection of instruments and stories that I think represent what I wanted to achieve when I first began.

While I haven’t finished the accompanying book yet, debuting Scale in London is way beyond anything I could have ever imagined.
