GENERAL
There is no cloakroom facility and large bags are prohibited in the venue.
Prams and pushchairs are permitted.
As a condition of entry, all bags will be searched on entry and visitors will be subject to a security check.
Yes and accessible toilets are available at the exhibition on ground and first floors.
Baby changing facilities are available in the ground floor bathroom.
Unlocked Shoreditch has a lift. The exhibition is shown over two levels both accessible via the lift.
No food or drink is allowed within the exhibition.
We are a cashless venue. We accept all card types.
Electric scooter, skateboards and folding bikes are not allowed in the building.
The exhibition is wheelchair and mobility scooter accessible and a lift offers access to all levels.
We welcome guide dogs, hearing dogs and assistance dogs in the building.
Please keep your dog on a lead and ideally it would wear a relevant tabard or harness.
If you plan to visit with an assistance animal other than an assistance dog, please get in touch to discuss your request with us to avoid disappointment on the day [email protected]
Sorry no pets allowed.
There is an onsite shop on Ground Floor, or visit on our online shop.

EXHIBITION
The average time is between 60 and 90 minutes
No, the guitars remain in the safe care of their owners.
This photography exhibition features life size, detailed portraits of the guitars front and back.
The Scale experience is enhanced by the provision of high quality headphones and handheld audio guide allowing visitors to hear the stories at their own pace.
These units are provided free of charge on entry and must be returned before departure.
Headphones and units are sanitised after each use.
Photography is permitted in the galleries for personal and non-commercial purposes. The use of flash, selfie sticks and tripods is not permitted as they can interfere with the enjoyment and safety of other visitors.
Please be mindful and keep other members of the public out of the shot and observe any guidance given by our team.
Sign up for details of the Scale Limited Edition fine art prints. Each edition consists of ten prints, with the first gifted to the guitarist and only nine prints available to purchase. There will be no further print runs of these unique images.
TICKETS
Tickets will be received via email in advance. If you have not received your tickets, please contact your point of purchase.
We recommend booking in advance, but tickets are available at the door (subject to availability).
Children under 6 do not require a ticket.
Children aged 6-12 can visit the exhibit for free when accompanied by an adult, however they do require a ticket.
NHS workers, seniors (65 years and over), individuals with disabilities. Individuals with disabilities can also add a complimentary Carer ticket to their booking.
Students and children.
We do not offer refunds; however exchanges are possible – these must be received before you plan to attend but please contact your point of purchase for further details.
School and adult groups (bookings of 6 tickets or more) can purchase tickets at a discounted rate.
